Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a lovely one-night stay that was highlighted by a fantastic facial and a delightful two-course meal. The upgraded club room added an extra touch with modern amenities, although I felt the pool area could use some more space for swimming due to lessons. Overall, a great experience despite a few minor drawbacks.
Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. The location is convenient, and the staff was quite friendly, especially during the latter part of my stay. However, the service inconsistencies and lack of entertainment during the children's event left much to be desired. The cleanliness standards were also not up to par, especially in common areas.
The hotel offers a convenient location with plenty of parking and good facilities. The spa services were well-executed, but the dining experience left much to be desired due to long wait times and mix-ups with orders. While the treatments were enjoyable, the overall atmosphere of the spa was undermined by noise from kids' swimming lessons. Overall, it's a good place if you focus on the spa treatments rather than the restaurant service.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. While I had a lovely Saturday night with a good deal for dinner and breakfast, I struggled with wheelchair accessibility in the rooms. The gym facilities were impressive, and the friendly service made for an enjoyable experience overall. However, the dining experience could use some improvements in variety.
